PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES TAKEN BY HOTEL
We have put in place safety guidelines and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment to protect the health and well-being of our guests and hosts. We will be updating this page regularly, following the Thai government’s guidelines, when regulatory restrictions are amended.
The ongoing spread of coronavirus within Thailand is subject to frequent and changing Thai government guidelines, policies, regulations, and requirements, be that at country-, provincial- or local levels.
Prior to travelling, all travelers are responsible to ensure they comply with the latest and most recent travel requirements, such as permits, certificates, quarantine arrangements, or others. Note this may apply to both origin- as well as the destination of any travels.
The Boathouse Phuket is NOT a state-approved quarantine facility and cannot be used for any mandated self- or other quarantine. We will apply whatever government laws and mandated requirements are in place at time of guest arrival. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
During your Stay
The following protocols have been put in place and we look forward to welcoming you Home soon!
Thermal temperature screening for every guest, host and vendor upon entering hotel
Single Entry/Exit Point
Only one entry & exit point through our main lobby
Direct beach access from poolside will be closed (Public beach access is a few meters away from hotel’s main entrance)
Contact tracing as mandated by the Thai government required for every entry and exit from hotel via QR code scan
Social distancing of at least 1 metre in all areas of hotel
No more than 2 persons per table at restaurant (except for families with proof of living/travelling together)
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
All guests are encouraged to wear a face mask in public areas of hotel
All hosts are required to wear appropriate PPE at all times
Cleaning & Disinfecting
All high-touch surfaces across public and host areas will be cleaned and disinfected frequently throughout the day
Hand sanitizers will be provided in every public area
Housekeeping services will have reduced frequencies but remain available at any time on request and with social distancing protocols
Room and bathroom amenities will be provided upon request with social distancing protocols
Buffet Breakfast Service
Self-service buffet will be suspended
Contactless in-room dining service upon request and offered at the guest room door with social distancing protocols
All printed menus will be replaced by digital menus
Valet parking service is not available
Guest pick-up/drop-off to restaurant will continue with cleaning & disinfecting of car done after every trip
Technical maintenance/assistance for occupied rooms will be provided in the absence of guest in the room
